How to use: Pour approximately 285ml (9.64 fl.oz) of tap water into the bottle part of the Sapunino starter kit and add the contents of the sachet. Close with the pump, shake vigorously for 10 seconds, and let it sit for a while. Apply the finished product to your palms, rub, and rinse with water. Suitable for daily use. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5°C to 25°C, away from heat sources and moisture. Caution: Keep away from children. For external use only. The refill is not suitable for direct use on the skin and must be dissolved in water.

Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
